👋 Hi, I’m Nitin Garg

I’m a Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst at GitLab. I focus on keeping internal systems reliable, scalable, and easy to use — while constantly looking for ways to automate, simplify, and improve how we work.

Before this, I worked as a senior technical writer, which gives me a deep understanding of the handbook. Today, I also serve as the technical DRI for handbook content, ensuring documentation stays accurate, clear, and useful. I also take care of the handbook maintenance.

I enjoy bridging the gap between IT support, systems, and automation, and I’m happiest when a manual process turns into a one-click (or no-click) solution.
