The Multinational Senior Tax Manager (Non US) reports to the Senior Director, Multinational Tax.

Multinational Senior Tax Manager (Non US) Job Grade

The Multinational Senior Tax Manager (Non US) is a job grade 9.

Multinational Senior Tax Manager (Non US) Responsibilities

  • Manages transfer pricing contemporaneous documentation and country by country reporting with outside service providers
  • Manages and reviews quarterly transfer pricing invoicing
  • Assists with transfer pricing audits
  • Administers intercompany agreements
  • Manages local income tax compliance (EMEA and APAC) with our outside tax service providers
  • Manages local income tax and indirect tax audits
  • Maintains cumulative book/tax differences for our multinational entities for local and US GAAP purposes. Works with our Accounting team to understand GAAP to statutory book differences.
  • Assists with VAT/GST compliance and audits
  • Works with our stock-based comp and payroll teams regarding per-country stock based compensation issues
  • Provides information, as needed, to international local entity directors
  • Works with our finance and treasury teams to fund multinational operations
  • Project manage special projects, including establishment of new legal entities, and other corporate initiatives, as needed.
  • Engage and assist with M&A, including acquisition structuring and integration.

Multinational Senior Tax Manager (Non US) Requirements

  • The Multinational Senior Tax Manager (Non US) will have Big-4 or comparable multinational company experience. Specifically, the candidate will have demonstrable, progressive experience in:
  • Transfer pricing and functional analysis
  • Intermediate ASC 740 knowledge
  • Permanent establishment issues
  • Local corporate tax rules (EMEA and APAC) and compliance project management
  • Understanding of local country withholding tax rules for digital services
  • Understanding of US corporate international tax rules
  • Indirect tax knowledge (VAT, GST, DST)
  • The Multinational Senior Tax Manager (Non US) will have a BS/BA in Accounting or Finance. An MST, MBT, or LLM or similar international designation in taxation is preferred. A CPA or similar international license is preferred.
