The Enterprise Applications PMO is responsible for portfolio and program management across the EntApps organization. We work closely with the business on both annual and quarterly planning to ensure we understand top business priorities and can plan accordingly. Services include portfolio management, program management, resource management, and project tracking and reporting.
The IT department focuses on managing the framework of how GitLab procures, implements, integrates, secures, exports analytics, and supports our tech stack applications while providing strategic enablement and integration support for all departments and team members that allows us to scale efficiently, safely, and securely.
IT Compliance works collaboratively with multiple functional teams throughout the GitLab organization to ensure compliannce with various requirements related to financial reporting and security.
