Open Source Program Agreement Deprecated to Legacy: 2022-08-19 This Open Source Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is between GitLab Inc. with offices at 268 Bush Street, Suite 350, San Francisco, CA 94104 (or the applicable GitLab Affiliate as agreed to between the Parties), (“GitLab”), and the Open Source Organization (as defined below) signing or electronically accepting this Agreement (“Member”). This Agreement is entered into on the earlier of, (a) Member clicking “Agree” or “Yes” to the terms of this Agreement to gain initial access to, or use of, the Software or (b) Member is given access to the Software pursuant to the requirements of the GitLab for Open Source Program (as defined below) (“Effective Date”).
Legacy v1: GitLab Professional Services Agreement
GitLab Professional Services Agreement Deprecated: October 31, 2021 1. Services 1.1 Statements of Work. GitLab will provide Customer with software-related professional services (“Services”) as set forth in, one or more, mutually agreed to and signed, statement of work, which shall contain without limitation, a description of the Services, the Services rate(s) and payment terms (each an “SOW”). The parties agree that SOWs may not be complete statements of Services required by Customer and additional Services may be required which would be difficult to determine as of the date of this Service Agreement or of the applicable SOW.
