Elevate Feedback Loop

To keep Elevate programs ahead of the curve, the Talent Development team continuously iterates design using multiple sensing mechanisms—Hone workshop insights, Elevate participant and manager feedback, engagement survey data, and direct input from executive leadership. These signals guide ongoing improvements to Elevate content, delivery, and cohort structure so the suite stays aligned to GitLab’s evolving needs, similar to how our product sensing mechanisms inform continuous product improvement.
