Professional Services Enablement
There are a variety of enablement opportunities available for Professional Services team members.
PS Tech Talks
Professional Services Tech Talks are informal enablement sessions that focus on technical topics within PS. While mostly intended for services staff, everyone is welcome—GitLab team members that work with PS, like in sales and customer success, may also pick up some valuable information on our offerings from these sessions.
Tech Talks are usually held on Friday at 10:00 AM Pacific, 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
Getting the Invite: Invites are sent out as sessions are scheduled with a topic. If you don’t already get these invites, you can sign up for them by joining the ps-enablement group.
Share Something: If you have something you want to discuss, demo, present, or otherwise share with the PS team, reach out to J. B. Crawford to get on the schedule.
Watch Previous Sessions: Recordings of each PS Enablement Session are added to a YouTube playlist. Most videos are private to the GitLab Unfiltered account, so you might need to switch to it to see them.
GitLab Certifications
PS team members are encouraged to complete the GitLab certifications available in GitLab University. These are self-paced online courses with a quiz, and most of them don’t take very long.
