What is an Accelerator?

Spanning up to a quarter (12 weeks), an Accelerator combines relevant content modules, tools, and best practices to achieve specific customer outcomes. The process begins with a Discovery Workshop to define customer requirements, followed by a Planning Workshop to map out the implementation steps. Key activities are tracked in a GitLab project backlog and executed over 10 weeks, ensuring alignment with mutual success plans.
