Elevate Feedback Loop

To remain ahead of the curve, GitLab Talent teams will utilize HPT (High Performing Teams) workshop data, Elevate program feedback, engagement survey data, and direct input from executive leadership to continuously up-level program content. Just as GitLab integrates customer insights into product development, the same holds true for Elevate design and future iterations. Similar product sensing mechanisms are used to guide continuous program improvement.

Elevate

Elevate: a live virtual leadership development program for GitLab managers, focused on understanding leadership competencies, building emotional intelligence, giving and recieving great feedback, coaching, and recognizing unconscious bias.

The handbook provides guidance on GitLab leadership competencies and principles. Bringing these practices to life requires training and practice. Elevate, GitLab’s leadership development program, provides opportunity for people leaders to learn to lead at GitLab.

Elevate Applied

Elevate Applied: Elevate Applied is a dynamic collection of resources aimed to extend leadership development and allow learners to apply concepts taught in Elevate and Elevate+ directly to their work. This includes custom live workshops, 1:1 coaching, job aids, team member resources, and self-paced courses. Resources are designed to help GitLab leaders focus on building and enabling high performing teams.

Elevate+: a live virtual leadership development program for leaders of leaders at GitLab, focused on strengthening leadership identity, mastering GitLab business acumen, building and executing team strategy, maintaining effective cross-functional partnership, and efficient change management.
