The Automated Software Delivery solution is identified for organizations who are trying to reduce the complexity and increase the velocity of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD) capabilities to deliver better software faster.
From the early discovery when qualifying the POV, it is confirmed that the current CI/CD pipeline solution does not provide sufficient flexibility in organizing pipelines and requires too much administrative overhead to operate and integrate the CI/CD system with the source code repository.
The key objective of the POV is to validate the value of a tightly connected CI/CD pipeline system that does not require additional integration or plugins to provide a broad variety of pipeline shapes and capabilities.

- High level ROI discussion identifying potential tool consolidation (hard cost); and overall efficiency gains with transformative process with shift left security
- Both DevOps + App sec team are stakeholders to be involved
