Scope
This team gets events from their producers onto the message queue. That covers the Snowplow ingester, the CloudEvents ingester, and third-party integrations. The queue itself is not ours: NATS and Siphon belong to Message Queue and Replication/CDC in Data Infrastructure, and we write onto them.
