Authentication and Authorization Support Pod

Purpose

Complementing the SAML study group we have in EMEA, by dedicating time to collaborate on tickets from different regions, allowing us to gain more knowledge of other Oauth providers, and share the knowledge we have across regions.

Current objectives

• Collaborate on tickets related to OmniAuth, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and other authentication stuff

• Tryout and reproduce the different setups

• Gain and share knowledge

Zendesk view

A zendesk view was created to see all Authentication and Authorization tickets. To have access to the view, in the Support Team data, add - 'Support Focus: Authentication and Authorization under zendesk: section.
