Introduction

Hello! my name is Bien Balaba. I’m a Systems Analyst - Enterprise Applications" with the IT Enterprise Applications Services divison.

About me

I currently reside in Pasig City, Philippines. With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, I’ve had the opportunity to take on various roles starting as IT Helpdesk Analyst, Business Process Analyst and most recently, Systems Engineer before joining GitLab.

How I work

I believe that great support starts with a positive attitude, and I strive to embody that in everything I do. While I may not always have an immediate answer to every question, I am committed to finding solutions or connecting you with the right person who can help.

What I am working on

• I handle and resolve Incident and Request Tickets raised in HelpLab for the Enterprise Applications team, GitLab Issues, and through different channels.
• Managing system configuration and development of the HelpLab Portal by ServiceNow.
• User Access Provisioning for Salesforce.

When I’m not working

• You’ll likely find me at the playground with my wife and daughter, enjoying some fun on the swing set and slides!
• Channeling my inner monk by sitting in peaceful, awkward silence.
