Exit Criteria

Select a learning platform for Professional Services, that supports the following

  1. System must include:
    1. eCommerce features
    2. Excellent learner experience
    3. Learning Paths
    4. Certification Exams
    5. Certification Provisioning
    6. Integration with CRM

Determine if learning platform can be used by other audiences

  1. Document in the handbook if learning platform can be used by Field Enablement and L&D use cases
  2. Go/No-go decision on the need for an additional learning platform for team members
