Meeting Summary with AI Companion

1. Start a meeting with the Zoom desktop client.
2. Click on AI Companion in the meeting control toolbar to activate its automatic “Meeting Summary” feature
3. Make sure that Meeting summary option is selected
4. Participants will see a notification that AI Companion is active and analyzing the meeting
5. Once the meeting ends, the summary will be emailed to the meeting host and meeting invitees in our organization

Accessing AI Companion Meeting Summaries

1. Go to your Zoom account’s profile.
2. In the sidebar expand AI Companion and then click on Meeting Summary
3. To edit or share, click on a meeting topic and you will have the option to Share, Edit, or Delete meeting summaries

Accessing AI Companion Smart Recordings

1. Go to your Zoom account’s profile
2. In the sidebar click on Recordings, your smart recordings will be under Cloud Recordings
