We are the team that designs, builds and maintains the complex ecosystem of integrations and automations that exist in our Enterprise Applications ecosystem. We do this via the use of a hybrid integrations platform. We also fill a governance role in the organization for system integrations and real-time data flow by applying standards and conventions for all of our Enterprise Application systems and integrations.

Enterprise Applications Team G&A (Finance Systems)
The Enterprise Applications Team for General and Administrative (G&A) functions specializes in implementing and supporting critical applications that streamline and optimize GitLab’s internal business processes. Our primary focus is on enabling efficiency and scalability across the procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes, ensuring seamless operations in alignment with GitLab’s growth and compliance requirements.
IT Compliance
IT Compliance works collaboratively with multiple functional teams throughout the GitLab organization to ensure compliannce with various requirements related to financial reporting and security.
IT Enterprise Applications Services

About Us

Enterprise Application Services (EAS) provides horizontal support, operations, administration, governance, risk assessment, and compliance of Enterprise Services. Leveraging the ITIL framework, EAS is responsible for the end-to-end service and application lifecycle management, and promotes operational excellence through IT Policies & Process Governance, including Change-, Release-, and Incident Management, while ensuring operating effectiveness through Compliance Reviews.

To provide frictionless, world class, Application Support Experience for the GitLab Team members by providing easy to use Service Management tools, serving as a single point of contact for all Enterprise Applications, mitigating risk through compliance, governance, change and release management.
